Kaleo Selah, aka Rick Davis, is the author of Unravelling the Masculine Dilemma, and trains male students 40 and over under his Dragon Performance Coaching brand. He is an Australian-American Stanford University graduate with a degree in Organisational Behaviour. Kaleo also studied psychology, comparative religion, and philosophy. As an Honour Roll varsity athlete in football and track, Kaleo began coaching as a teenager and now brings more than 40 years of coaching and advisory experience to his work with individuals, teams, and organisations.

He is a recognised pioneer in digital risk management and electronic commerce, having helped shape Visa’s PayWave system and created the industry’s first insurability standards. His work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Time, Newsweek, BusinessWeek, Fast Company, Forbes, Best's Review and Black Enterprise.

Beyond his corporate career, Kaleo has undertaken extensive postgraduate studies in human development and psychology, including certifications in shadow work, trauma counselling, and NLP, along with initiation into Transcendental Meditation. He also serves as a community service leader and Justice of the Peace. Known as the leader of the Exodus Reggae Adelaide band, Kaleo combines intellect, creativity, and experience to offer a multifaceted perspective on masculinity, identity, and resilience.
